Arrangements

It may be easiest to define the Community Center as the building which currently houses the golf club, restaurant and office.  The Community Center Committee is responsible for putting together a master calendar which will provide spaces for people, groups, Boards, & classes to occur in one of four locations.  There are four locations that will be used: 

1. an office in the administrative area which can be used by small groups (6-10) for meetings, card, crafts, etc.;
2. the game area in the back of the dining room which can be used by groups up to 20 and is separated from the main dining area by a ¾ moveable wall;
3. the lanai in the rear which can be used by groups up to 85 seated and additional if set up theater-style; and,
4. the main restaurant area which can seat 90 for dining and additional seating theater-style.

This Community Center is for the benefit of BSM owners. If you have an idea on how to use the Community Center, contact the Community Center Committee (CCC). Information on the CCC is contained on the BSM homeowners website.
